Founded in a garage in 2018 by Lachlan Murray, Robomate had very humble beginnings and was an early pioneer in the home robotics industry. The early years weren't easy. Supply challenges, a global pandemic, and a constantly evolving market tested the business at every turn. However, we knew that people needed someone like us, not only to help them choose the best robot, but to support them through its full life. Over time, each exceptional customer experience led to referrals, snowballing until one day we found ourselves being named as one of the fastest growing companies and trusted by tens of thousands of people across Australia and New Zealand. We're no longer working from the garage either. We're now present in 12 regions with over 60 robot specialists who share the passion for our robomates and the incredible community we are building.
