Within the last six months, the Australian housing market has been leaning towards a Stone Benchtop that resembles Marble. Quartz has been a favourite material in the past, however the look and feel of Natural Marble is highly desirable. Manufacturing facilities have now enabled quartz manufacturers to imitate the look of marble and the quality of quartz. Mainly low porosity, heat, stain and scratch resistance.
Prices are higher than the standard colours but the look is identical to that of Marble and the market calls it the Super Natural Quartz Series.
