Since 1993, David Reid Homes has been creating award-winning custom-built homes across New Zealand. At David Reid Homes Queenstown, local directors Fraser Mackenzie and Jamie Harper lead a team with more than 40 years of combined building experience. As passionate locals, they understand Queenstown’s alpine landscape, changing seasons and distinctive building conditions. For Australians considering a move across the Tasman, a holiday home or an investment property, Queenstown offers a setting unlike anywhere else. The team can guide you through the Custom Design & Build journey, from exploring your options to managing your project. Experienced in working with clients outside the region, including in Australia, the team provides clear communication and regular progress updates to keep you informed and involved from concept to completion. Whether you’re looking at homes for sale, house and land packages or a custom build, they can help you explore what may suit your plans.
