Naked Walls? Cover them up with these great DIY pieces!

10 questions you should ask when engaging in a building designer

Whether you recently moved into your home, or you simply have a bare wall you don’t know what to do with, there are plenty of DIY ideas that can look great. When some people hear “DIY,” they immediately think they aren’t creative enough or have enough time to put together their own decor. But what if you could easily put together an artificial green wall in minutes with using a couple of handheld tools? This is just one of several DIY ideas you could use to cover up your naked walls.

DIY Artwork

If you aren’t creative and have kids, let their creativity go to work for you. You may not be proud of your own work, but hanging up your kids’ artwork will put a smile on your face every time you see it. But if you don’t have children in the house, there are still some simple and creative pieces of art you can create to give your walls a unique appearance.

DIY Bookshelves

Instead of storing your books on a shelf in a closet or anywhere else, hang up some shelves on the wall. You could use a standard shelf or transform crates or other items into a unique looking bookshelf. All you need is some wood and screws to create a basic DIY bookshelf. But we recommend taking it up another notch and painting the shelves to match the decor in your room!

DIY Photo Collage

A DIY photo collage is something that requires very little skill or effort. Plus, you can reminisce on the memories as you’re going through all of the photos to put together the collage. When you have your photo collage displayed on your wall, think about surrounding it with an indoor wall garden to highlight your creativity even more.

DIY Greenery Panels

Believe it or not, there is such a thing as a DIY greenery panel. It could come in the form of a DIY boxwood wall to create an artificial green wall or other types of plants. These panels come in squares that are easily hung on the wall. And once the panels are hanging properly, you won’t even be able to tell the plants are artificial just by looking at them.

Evergreen Walls has a variety of DIY greenery panels to help you cover up your bare walls. You can easily make an indoor wall garden yourself by following our simple steps to our panels. Contact us at any time to learn how easy it is to create your own DIY masterpiece in your home.
