He runs a successful design practice and will be hosting the Home Inspo stage at the Melbourne Home Show. James also shares his knowledge and passion for design as a TV presenter on Open Homes Australia and hosts the new lifestyle TV show Renovate or Rebuild.
Known for his role on The Living Room and as a TV host on Your Money Channel, James is an enthusiastic ambassador for Planet Ark and a mentor for new interior designers.

Ashley has chaired the AHHA for three years, with eight years of board experience. With 20+ years in the fireplace industry, he’s GM of Jetmaster Victoria and Visionline Fireplaces. Passionate about sustainability, he’s also a marathon runner, youth basketball coach, and active Parkrun volunteer.

Green Building Council
Elham is the Head of Green Star Strategic Delivery at the Green Building Council of Australia. She is an award winning sustainability leader that has delivered world leading sustainability policies, strategies and projects in Australia and the United Arab Emirates. Elham led the creation of the Green Star Homes rating tool for the Green Building Council of Australia which promises to drive down carbon emissions by 70,000 tonnes over the next decade.
Passivhaus
Theresa is a Building Designer and Passivhaus consultant, specialising in sustainable design and building science. She supports clients in creating homes that meet their needs while ensuring ESD compliance. Passionate about nature, she believes architecture can enhance well-being and foster environmental connection for future generations.
