FREE Demolition Promotion – Terms & Conditions 1. The FREE Demolition Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Roc Brescia Building Group Pty Ltd (“the Builder”). 2. The Promotion is valid for eligible building contracts entered into between 27 July 2026 and 25 October 2026 inclusive. 3. To qualify for the Promotion, the client must: * Enter into a Domestic Building Contract with the Builder during the Promotion period; * Be undertaking a Knock Down Rebuild (KDRB) project; and * Proceed beyond any applicable cooling-off period. 4. The Promotion applies to one (1) standard residential demolition per eligible building contract. 5. “Standard demolition” includes: * Demolition and removal of the existing dwelling; * Site clearing of demolition-related building materials; * Standard asbestos removal where identified in the demolition report; * Demolition permit fees; and * Standard temporary site fencing. 6. The Promotion excludes: * Removal of trees, stumps, swimming pools, spas, retaining walls, sheds, or underground structures; * Rock excavation, contaminated soil, or latent site conditions; * Relocation or disconnection fees charged by utility providers; * Traffic management plans, asset protection permits, or council-imposed conditions; * Additional asbestos removal beyond that considered standard residential demolition works; * Any works not expressly included in the Builder’s written demolition scope. 7. Where demolition costs exceed the Builder’s standard demolition allowance of AUD $30,000 (inclusive of GST), the client will be responsible for paying the difference prior to commencement of demolition works. 8. The Promotion is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other product, service, discount or credit. 9. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, rebate, discount or incentive unless approved in writing by the Builder. 10. Roc Brescia Building Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility and to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time. Any eligible building contract entered into prior to such amendment or withdrawal will remain eligible. 11. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
$5,000 Referral Fee Promotion – Terms & Conditions 1. The $5,000 Referral Fee Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Roc Brescia Building Group Pty Ltd (“the Builder”). 2. The Promotion is valid for referrals made between 27 July 2026 and 25 October 2026 inclusive. 3. To be eligible for the Promotion, the referrer must provide the Builder with the referred person’s full name, phone number and email address prior to the referred person making contact with the Builder. 4. The referred client must: * Be a completely new lead who has not previously enquired with, contacted, or been introduced to the Builder; and * Enter into a Domestic Building Contract with the Builder within sixty (60) days of attending the applicable Home Show. 5. The $5,000 Referral Fee is payable only after: * The referred client’s building contract has become unconditional; * Any applicable cooling-off period has expired; and * The Builder has received the first progress payment under the building contract. 6. The referral fee will be paid within fourteen (14) business days of the Builder’s receipt of the first progress payment. 7. Only one (1) referral fee is payable per eligible building contract. In the event of multiple claims relating to the same referred client, the Builder’s records will determine the first valid referral received. 8. Employees, directors, contractors, consultants, agents and their immediate family members of Roc Brescia Building Group Pty Ltd are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. 9. The referral fee will be paid by electronic funds transfer to an Australian bank account nominated by the eligible referrer. 10. The referrer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for obtaining independent taxation, legal and financial advice regarding any tax consequences associated with receiving the referral fee. 11. This Promotion is not transferable, redeemable for any other goods or services, and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, rebate or incentive unless approved in writing by the Builder. 12. Roc Brescia Building Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify all referrals and to refuse payment where it reasonably believes that the Promotion has been misused, manipulated, or where the eligibility requirements have not been satisfied. 13. Roc Brescia Building Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Promotion at any time. Any referral that satisfies these Terms & Conditions prior to such amendment, suspension or withdrawal will remain eligible. 14. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
