The set-up is easy and just requires some wriggly worms from a local supplier to go inside the central canister. So the ability to produce your own fish and veg means you can have a guilt-free varied diet. Unless your vegan that is!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>As with many new personal farming techniques, workshops and seminars are run to educate people on how this stuff works.
